Store Policy: Shipping, Returns And Refunds

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, I invite you to carefully review my policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased on this website.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (but usually within 24 hours) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Sometimes due to being away from my Goods supply due to being out-of-town I may need extra time to process an order. I will email you to inform you of this if it comes up, in which case you can cancel your order if you need to.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We use Endicia to fulfill shipping, which defaults to USPS. If you need a different carrier, please specify when you check out your order.
Estimated delivery time for Priority shipping is 1-3 business days domestic after processing.
Estimated delivery time for First-Class shipping is 3-5 business days domestic after processing; however, local delivery may be quicker.
We offer international shipping; however, rates delivery times may vary greatly depending on the destination. We hesitate to offer a timetable for such orders, and I recommend purchasing additional shipping insurance when available.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. My store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You may return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason.
The deadline for postmarking an order return is 14 days from the date of the product delivered.
In order to exercise your right of return, you may inform me of your decision:
I will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which I receive the returned Goods. I will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The Goods need not be in the original packaging, but should be in suitable packaging as not to damage the Goods in return transit
The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which upon receipt are not suitable to be returned due to being in worse condition than originally delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the purchase to me. You should send the Goods to the following address:

I cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, I recommend an insured and trackable mail service. I will be unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
